Body By Simone mixes dance with yoga and pilates to develop core strength, create long lean muscle, and promote cardio fitness, reaching the ultimate goal of having the perfect dancer’s body.

Simone is also the proud author of her fitness book, Body By Simone: The 8-Week Total Body Makeover Plan. In Body By Simone, she teaches women how to achieve their best body using her tried-and-tested fitness regimen, a 7-day kick-start cleanse guide and healthy recipes.
