Gia-MacoolGia Macool is a Fitness Model, Athlete & Competitor for NPC, IFBB Bikini, Host and Spokesmodel for CoolFitTv YouTube Channel, and the Owner & Designer of GiaMacool.com. Gia Macool is a favorite with models competing in swimwear modelling competitions and pageants.

Gia Macool is an exceptionally talented and accomplished Fitness Model, IFBB Pro Athlete and Fitness Entrepreneur. She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar, President – Women Fitness.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You were born in Orlando, Florida on August 30, 1986. Then you moved on to becoming a fitness and glamour model, and IFBB Pro Athlete. You reached the pinnacle of success by becoming a fitness entrepreneur and opening up your own online store “GiaMacool.com”. You are now a designer of Glamour & Swimwear collection for models and fitness models. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?

Ms. Gia Macool: It wasn’t a fairy tale journey. It’s been a lot of hard work and dedication involved. I knew I loved being fit from a very young age but becoming a well-known fitness model isn’t what I intended, & not what it appears from the outside looking in. People perceive that this life is little work, all fun. Not true!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a fitness & glamour model, IFBB Pro athlete, designer and businesswoman. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Gia Macool: Not everything is done perfect! It’s not always done the way I like but I have to “let go” and do what I can. There is no room for fun, weekends off or vacations. My work involves trips, new places, new people but it’s always work and rarely allows you to just relax.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?

Ms. Gia Macool: All my workouts are up on my CoolFitTV YouTube channel. Please stop by and say hi! 2 days out of the week are hard serious days involving lower body. The other 4 days are cardiovascular and upper body circuits.
